After cleansing the skin, apply lotion/toner as necesary the apply mask. Mask is usable for multiple times - 10 x 10-minute application, or 5 x 20-minutes application.
Afterwards, mask can be microwaved until it turns into liquid essence and applied onto the face. Or let it disolve in the bathtub for a body hydration.
